URPP Adaptive Brain Circuits in Development and Learning (AdaBD)

Prof. Dr. Silvia Brem has been appointed as Associate Professor of Childhood and Adolescent Cognitive Neuroscience

We congratulate AdaBD-member Silvia Brem for her appointment as Associate Professor for Childhood and Adolescent Cognitive Neuroscience. She will take up her post on February 1, 2023. 

 

Prof. Dr. Silvia Brem, born in 1977, studied Biology at ETH Zurich and obtained her PhD in 2005 at the Center for Neuroscience (ZNZ). This was followed by postdoctoral work at the Agora Center, University of Jyväskylä, FI, and at KJPP. Prof. Silvia Brem is now group leader at KJPP ("Developmental Neuroimaging Group") and at ZNZ. In 2017, she was appointed Assistant Professor with tenure track for Cognitive Neuroscience in Childhood and Adolescence at UZH.
